Arcadia software detects machine stops, their efficiency, the number of items produced and is also capable of accounting for the movement of actuators such as solenoid valves and stepper motors; it calculates the energy consumed on certain motors and that consumed for each item produced and gives instant management of messaging for system alerts.
Arcadia’s optional extras allow the software to be connected with various different company management systems, database connection with the most advanced technologies to directly manage and programme the machines, and allows automatic and dynamic production balancing.
Using state-of-the-art artificial intelligence techniques, it can in fact improve production by monitoring the use of the various devices and organising preventive and predictive maintenance, anticipating and eliminating any downtime due to wear and tear such as, for example, replacing solenoid valves at the correct time.
