NEW DSC EVO
DSC EVO is the new size measurement device for socks and underwear developed by Dinema, representing the technological evolution in textile metrology. The new device further refines the standards of uniqueness and precision in size measurement across various production departments, operating with a fully operator-independent electronic measurement control.
In addition to the already existing wired connection, DSC EVO is equipped with a BLE dongle connection for automatic size modification on the machine. Via Wi-Fi and Ethernet, it communicates natively with Orion and Arcadia software, as well as any third-party management system. The measurement accuracy of ±1 mm, combined with the structural cleanliness of the collected data, powers the training of artificial intelligence algorithms within the Unlimitex suite.
Equipped with a 9-inch capacitive display and Android operating system, DSC EVO integrates a camera for facial recognition and the reading of QR codes and barcodes for managing technical data sheets. The weight is reduced to approximately 80 kg, the center of gravity is lowered, and the integrated wheels facilitate its movement within the department. The lithium batteries guarantee increased autonomy compared to the previous model, and the entire hardware and software design is certified according to EN safety regulations.
